Why This Reference Exists
Sammamish incorporated in 1999, so its records cross city, county, and state lines. Current property and deed material is held by King County, while older plateau records may use Inglewood, Monohon, Beaver Lake, Redmond, Issaquah, or county labels. The Sammamish Library, King County Archives, and Washington Digital Archives offer historical routes. We organize official tools, office contacts, coverage limits, and access rules in one place while making clear what each record can and cannot establish.
What The Pages Provide
- Pages by purpose: the street directory for address records, the directory book for archival sources, and the resident lookup for one-person searches
- Named custodians: King County Assessor, Recorder, Elections, court clerks, Washington Vital Records, libraries, and archives
- Practical methods: how to resolve a parcel, read a record role, follow a deed chain, and trace a historical household
- Access limits: what Washington law opens, what remains restricted, and how to request an existing record when it is not online
Limits Of Our Role
This is a privately operated reference site. It is not connected to the City of Sammamish, King County, Washington State, any court, or any library. Our role has firm limits:
- We cannot confirm whether a specific person currently lives in Sammamish
- We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
- We cannot add anyone to, or remove anyone from, any roll or database
- We cannot give legal advice about a record or a dispute
- We cannot promise that every coverage year, link, or office detail here is current at this moment
Only the custodian office can confirm, certify, or correct a record. Nothing found through this site may be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
