Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. When you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them only to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review combined usage data to maintain the site and understand which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use this limited information to operate the site, troubleshoot faults, measure traffic, and improve its pages. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to King County and Washington records portals, libraries, archives, and outside search providers. Information submitted on those services is governed by their privacy policies, not this one. A third-party company also provides sponsored search results.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs on our behalf. The automatic data described above may also reach analytics or advertising partners. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes stated above. Because the site has no user accounts, it stores no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information, and we will remove it.
Your Data Rights
Rights to access, correct, or delete personal data may depend on where you live and which law applies. Washington's My Health My Data Act, RCW 19.373, governs certain consumer health data; this site does not seek health data, precise location trails, private account details, or inferred medical information. Since we retain very little, a request generally involves checking our contact mailbox and server logs and deleting responsive data when required. Send a request through the Contact page. Records held by Sammamish, King County, or Washington agencies remain under the control of the relevant custodian, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to that office.
Updates to This Policy
Revisions to this policy will appear here. Your continued use after a revision signals acceptance of the updated policy.
